50th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.  Gettysburg, PA July 4th 1865

Welcome to the 50th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry website.  Our purpose is to honor the memory of the men of the 50th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, their families, and civilians who supported their efforts throughout the Civil War era. We are re-enactors who portray the life and times of those people through living history and Civil War re-enactments. We also provide living history as a means to inform the public of their Civil War heritage. The 50th PVI is part of the United States Volunteers (USV) and was one of the founding regiments of the USV organization.  We thank you for visiting our website, and hope that you will look through its pages to see what we are about.

If you would like to talk to us about having members from the 50th PVI come to your school or function to provide living history to your students or group,  please feel free to contact us through the contact information below.
